Tamara Book

Tamara Book is currently the UAT Manager at Flexiti, where they lead a team of UAT analysts to ensure optimal performance of systems for Merchant partners and customers. Previously, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at TSYS Canada from 2012 to 2016, designing custom interfaces for major banks, and held similar roles at Canadian Tire Financial Services, where they also acted as a Project Lead and Scrum Master. With a strong focus on process enhancements, system testing, and customer experience, Tamara has cultivated extensive leadership skills throughout their career.
