Robert Owen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FlexiTime since December 2009, providing payroll and employee time management solutions tailored for businesses with remote and flexible workforces. As the founder of Cash Flow, Robert addresses the financing challenges faced by recruitment and staffing agencies to enhance profitability and growth. Prior experience includes founding Equator Ltd, specializing in Business Intelligence and Web Application Development, and holding various roles at Unisys, Cardinal Network, and Electronic Data Systems. Robert completed education at Palmerston North Boys High between 1980 and 1984.
