Zhangchi Ding

Zhangchi Ding has worked in the software engineering field since 2014. Zhangchi began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, where they designed a 4KW wind power Generator with 94.5% efficiency and worked on 20K RPM High-speed motor fabrication. In 2019, they joined AUBO Robotics as a Software Team Lead and Robotics Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented dynamics, kinematics control algorithms, and the robot control software system, coordinating teamwork and optimizing team workflow. In 2021, Ding became the Director of Algorithm and Software Development at a Stealth Startup. Currently, they are a Senior Robotics Software Engineer at Flexiv Ltd.

Zhangchi Ding completed their Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronic Engeneering at Shenzhen University from 2009 to 2013. Zhangchi then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical and Engineering, Robotics, and Electrical Motor at the University of Central Florida from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Engineering, Robotics, Human-Robot Interaction, and Non-linear Control from the same university from 2016 to 2019.
