Jen Young

With a dynamic career spanning multiple industries, Jen is an experienced aviation professional with a strong track record in operational management, planning, and execution. Beginning her career in 2007 at Heathrow Airport, she quickly rose through the ranks from Passenger Services to Senior Agent. She then transitioned into ticketing, before moving to operations as a Turnaround Coordinator, and later becoming a licensed Load Controller and Flight Dispatcher.

After 13 years in aviation, Jen sought new challenges and joined McLaren in purchasing, followed by a role in high-end landscaping purchasing. However, her passion for aviation led her back to the industry as a Dispatcher and Load Controller at Heathrow, before transitioning into her current role as Global Trip Planner at Flexjet. In this position, Jen applies her expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing complex processes, excelling under pressure and ensuring seamless operations for global trips.

Jen’s diverse career background, combined with her deep knowledge of aviation and exceptional organizational skills, make her a valuable asset in any high-stakes environment. Outside of work, Jen enjoys baking, which allows her to balance her professional life with a creative and rewarding hobby.
