Michael Sayers has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Owner Services Service Manager at Flexjet since March 2023. Prior roles include Director of Front Office Operations at InterContinental Cleveland and Director of Rooms at InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland, showcasing strong leadership in front office operations. Sayers spent nearly a decade at Hilton Americas-Houston, where responsibilities encompassed managing front desk operations and training.
