Nika Lenard

Nika Lenard is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as the COO of Flexkeeping since May 2017, Nika previously held the position of Country Manager at Booking.com, where responsibilities included overseeing the company's operations in Slovenia. Nika has also held key leadership roles such as Hotel General Manager at FMTG, managing a large team to achieve corporate goals and enhance guest experiences, and Director of Operations at Bernardin Hotels, overseeing a significant resort and convention center. Nika's early career includes positions at Hilton and InterContinental Hotels Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Hotel Management from the University of West London, an Executive MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management, and a diploma in International Hotel Management from Modul University Vienna.
