David Shaw is the Head of Engineering - North America at FlexLink, having transitioned from the role of Robotics Manager in 2023. With a background in mechatronic engineering and renewable energy technology, David previously held various engineering positions, including Project Engineer and Technical Project Manager at FlexLink, and Graduate Engineer at the Isle of Man Government's Department of Infrastructure. They also gained experience as a Fine Finishing Technician at Smiths Aerospace Actuation Systems during college. David holds a BEng and a PgDip, and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
