Lars Pedersen

Lars Pedersen has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Chairman of FLEX LNG Fleet Management and Managing Director of FLEX LNG since January 2019. Additionally, Lars holds the position of CTO at Frontline Management, overseeing ship management and technological advancements across the Frederiksen Group’s fleets. Previous roles include Managing Director & Head of Norway at BW Fleet Management and board director positions at BW Ventures, with leadership experience spanning several high-level roles at BW Gas AS, Höegh Autoliners AS, and A.P. Moller - Maersk. Lars has a solid educational foundation in marine engineering, having studied at Svendborg Maskinmester Skole and Odense Maskinmester Skole, complemented by executive education at CBS Executive Fonden.
