Jim Eng

Jim Eng has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim started their career at Waynes Union Oil in 1976, where they worked as a Gas Jockey and Mechanic. During their time there, they acquired essential skills in customer service and problem-solving. In 1980, Jim joined JE Braas Company as a Value Manufacturing-Product Specialist, where they held various customer service positions and played a crucial role in establishing the VA/VM department as a valuable resource within the company. In 2003, they co-founded FlexMation, Inc. with the vision of helping manufacturers become more profitable. As an Owner and Co-Owner of FlexMation, Jim has been instrumental in building the company and bringing innovative products with unlimited usages to the market.

Jim Eng attended Roosevelt High School from 1975 to 1978. Jim then went on to Hennepin Technical College from 1979 to 1980, where they pursued a 2-year degree in Fluid Power.
