Tom Flaherty

Tom Flaherty is an experienced product manager currently working at FBS since September 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Marketing & Communications at NorthstarMLS from April 2002 to August 2022, where roles included product and project management for a subscriber base exceeding 21,000. Prior to that, Tom was a Web Specialist at Digital Cyclone from 2000 to 2001, focusing on personalized weather forecasting and content development. Earlier in Tom's career, from 1988 to 2000, Tom served as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Entrust Datacard, specializing in compensation analysis and employee communications, and transitioned to a Web Specialist role in the Marketing Communications Department during the final year. Tom holds a MBC Certificate in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas, an MA in Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management, and a BA in Psychology/English from St. Norbert College.
