Crystal Lawes has held various roles in the technology and customer service industries since 2010. In 2010, they were a Customer Service Representative for Marathon Staffing Group. Crystal then went on to get a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology between 2011 and 2013. In 2014, they obtained two certifications: Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional from the Illinois Department of Health and Human Services, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University between 2016 and 2018.
