Nathan Andrus

Nathan Andrus is an experienced professional in customer success and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at FBS since October 2021, after holding multiple roles including Solutions and Communications Manager and Customer Onboarding Manager. Prior to FBS, Nathan held the position of Director of Information Technology at MichRIC, LLC, where responsibilities included providing MLS database services for REALTORS in Michigan, serving 12 associations and over 8,500 members. Earlier, Nathan worked as an MLS Specialist at the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS®, focusing on technology implementation, integration, and training for members and staff.
