Tracey Kantrud has held various roles in the technology and media industries since 2008. Tracey began their career as a Reporter at the Miles City Star in 2008 and 2009. In 2011, they joined Integreon as a Team Lead, Six Sigma Project Manager, Service & Quality Lead, Change Agent, Workflow Coordinator & Trainer, and Workflow Coach. In 2014, Tracey moved to Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. as a Program Manager for Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance. In 2016, they joined Discovery Benefits as a Product Manager and Program Manager for System Operations. Most recently, in 2019, Tracey began working as a Product Manager at FBS, where they are responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the flagship product, supported by qualitative and quantitative data.
Tracey Kantrud began their educational journey in 2002 at Williston State College, where they studied General. Tracey then transferred to the University of Minnesota in 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism/Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature in 2007. In 2016, they obtained a Flexible Compensation Specialist certification from the ECFC - Employers Council on Flexible Compensation. Tracey is currently enrolled in a program at the University of California, Irvine on Coursera and is expected to obtain a Real Estate Data - Business (RED-B) certification from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) in April 2022.
