Paul Hudson

Paul Hudson is the current Founder and CEO of FlexMR, a customer service consultancy. Prior to FlexMR, Paul was the CEO of Intersperience from January 2007 to December 2017. Paul was also the Consultancy Director at Teleconomy Group from June 2002 to January 2007, and Research Director at Teleconomy Consulting from June 1998 to June 2002.

Paul Hudson has a BBA in Management from Lancaster University.
