Patrick Jeffs, PhD, is a leadership strategist and social entrepreneur dedicated to building systemic resiliency. They co-founded the NC Center for Resiliency and served as its CFO and a somatic psychotherapist until 2020. Currently the Chief of Staff at Flexnode, Patrick focuses on strategic execution and organizational design. They have also contributed as a Lead Resiliency Advisor for the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation Grant, advancing community resilience initiatives. With nearly two decades of experience, Patrick empowers leaders and teams to thrive in high-stress environments through The Resiliency Solution and their work at UNC Executive Development.
