Andy Schwarzenbach

Andy Schwarzenbach is the owner of BlackRiver since July 2020, specializing in independent board mandates, consulting, and startup coaching. Currently, Andy holds multiple board positions including Board Member at VITO Schweiz AG, Mosterei Möhl AG, Enzler Group, and FlexOffice, as well as Board Delegate at Hiltl and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bäckerei Jung since June 2023. Additionally, Andy serves on the Advisory Board for HSG Start Accelerator starting October 2024. Educational qualifications include an M.A. HSG in Economics and Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, a PhD in Communication and Media Research from the University of Zurich, a Corporate Governance certificate from INSEAD, and a Private Pilot certification from San Diego Flight Training International.
