Kathy Fairclough

Kathy is a FlexPaths' consultant who offers results-oriented strategic communications planning and project management skills to her client partners. An effective storyteller and editor, Kathy brings a wealth of experience writing for print, speech, video, social media and the Web. Her extensive corporate communications experience with Fortune 500 companies includes communicating employee engagement, change management, HR programming, employee recognition programs, diversity and inclusion, and M&A. She brings several years of impactful communications experience to clients across industries. Kathy served as a senior employee communications consultant for companies including Prudential, Novartis, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, PSEG, Johnson & Johnson and Tyco International. She led a full-time HR communications role for Alcatel-Lucent, formerly Lucent Technologies, through the merger of the two telecommunications giants and was challenged with bring the two cultures into balance as one company. She also held full-time positions with Philips Electronics and Airwick Industries. Kathy's most recent project working under the FlexPaths' brand is for Guardian Life Insurance Company.
