Peter Chehayl

Peter Chehayl has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Peter has held various finance-related roles in different companies. Their most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer at FlexPaths LLC since November 2008. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Board Committee at Sterling College starting in October 2005. Peter also worked as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Madison River Communications Corp. from May 2004 to April 2007. Other notable roles include CFO at IntegriCor in 2005, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer at Centennial Communications Corp from 1999 to 2002, Vice President and Treasurer at 360 Communications Company from 1996 to 1998, and Vice President, Capital Markets; Assistant Treasurer at Sprint Corporation from 1991 to 1996. Peter began their career at Coopers & Lybrand as a Staff Accountant from 1972 to 1976. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated leadership and expertise in finance, managing treasury functions, taxes, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, cash management, capital markets, risk management, and insurance. Peter has also been involved in board committees and has extensive experience in SEC reporting and tax return preparation.

Peter Chehayl completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University, where they studied from 1966 to 1970. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan, from 1970 to 1971.
