Sandy Behnken

Sandy is a FlexPaths’ consultant and founder of Behnken Solutions, LLC. She brings together years of global corporate experience and her passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and project management with the qualities of a mindful leader to deliver impactful and lasting change. She is a sought-out resource to coach teams struggling with strategic direction, process and role clarity, meeting effectiveness, and team dynamics. During her nearly 30 years at General Mills, Sandy facilitated process improvement efforts in Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Hire to Retire value streams, coached innovation events using the Systematic Inventive Thinking®, and guided weekly mindful leadership sessions. She is also an advisor and instructor for the Institute for Mindful Leadership.
