Sandy is a long-time FlexPaths' consultant and founder of C Change Partners, a change management firm based in the Twin Cities. Sandy’s corporate experience includes close to 20 years in HR leadership roles at General Mills, where she developed Change Management capability and led culture strategy for the company’s workplace of the future. Sandy is passionate about partnering with leaders to achieve organizational change through the engagement and buy-in of their people. Her capabilities include enterprise-wide culture changes, virtual teams leadership training; headquarters relocation and global facilities consolidation; systems and process changes; alternative workplace strategy and flexibility; executive team development; and executive/employee facilitation.
