Daniel Charry has a diverse work experience in technical support and client management roles. Daniel currently works as a Client Support Manager at FlexPay. Prior to this, they worked at IPRO as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they managed a team of support representatives and ensured the quality of service delivery. Daniel also served as a Technical Support Team Lead and Backline Support Engineer at NetGovern, where they handled escalations, provided dedicated support to large clients, and acted as the main technical resource for complex issues. Daniel Charry completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, from the period of 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued an AEC in Network and System Administration/Administrator from CEGEP - John Abbott College for the academic year 2011-2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained two additional certifications: MCSE: Productivity from Microsoft, awarded in September 2016, and MCSA: Windows Server 2012, obtained in December 2014.
