Shannon Murphy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic partnerships across various educational institutions and organizations. Currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at FlexPoint Education Cloud since October 2021, Shannon previously held the position of Sr. Account Executive with the Workforce Solutions Group at the University of Phoenix from August 2018 to August 2021. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Southern New Hampshire University and multiple national account executive positions at Apollo Education Group, where significant revenue contributions were achieved through the development of workforce solutions with government and Fortune 500 companies. Shannon began a career in the telecommunications sector with positions at AT&T Wireless Services and Cricket Communications. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
