Allyson Tibbs

Allyson Tibbs (Carr) possesses extensive experience in high-level executive support across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford since July 2022, Allyson previously held similar roles at KIPP Foundation and the American Museum of Natural History, where responsibilities included managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing office functions. Additional experience includes an Office Management Specialist position at the U.S. Department of State and nearly 17 years as an Executive Assistant at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where strategic initiative support and operational management were key focuses. Allyson holds a Masters of Global Business Administration from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a degree in Global and International Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
