Paul Grinberg is a senior strategic and financial leader with extensive experience in public markets, board governance, and international operations. They founded Brio Consulting Group and served as CEO from 2003 to 2004. Currently, Grinberg holds positions as Chairman and CEO of Mountain Lake Acquisition Corporation, and Chairman of both Equabli, Inc. and Axos Bank. Their previous roles include CFO at both Stellcom and Encore Capital Group, as well as Partner in Merger and Acquisition Services at Deloitte & Touche. Grinberg earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting and Economics from Yeshiva University.
