Alex Matlock

Alex Matlock, MBA, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in supply chain management, customer service, and technical operations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Flexport since July 2019, Alex contributes to global freight movement through a combination of software solutions and expert support. Prior to Flexport, Alex worked as an Independent Contractor for Uber, enhancing customer satisfaction, and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Communication Maintenance Chief, managing complex communication systems. Alex's foundation in automotive service and quality control was established through roles at Executive Park Tire and EVCO Plastics, respectively. With dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Alex brings a strong educational background to professional endeavors.
