Austin Rader

Austin Rader has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an Account Executive for Mid Market at Flexport since August 2019. Prior roles at Flexport included Senior Sales Development Representative and Global Trade Coordinator. Austin's management skills were demonstrated as a Manager at Colosseum Escape Rooms, where responsibilities included customer interactions, payment processing, and facility maintenance. Additional experience includes serving as a Camp Counselor at Pine Cove, where Austin ensured the safety and enjoyment of campers, and as a Supervisor for Berry College Outdoor Recreation, overseeing equipment rental and leading outdoor trips. Austin also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern with WinShape Foundation, where event planning enhanced community building among students. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Berry College, obtained in 2019.
