Austin Surber

Austin Surber currently serves as a Senior Global Operations Associate at Flexport, having joined in March 2024. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Convoy Inc as a Brokerage Operations Specialist from May 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing relationships with carriers, negotiating shipment rates, and analyzing performance to guide strategy, contributing to the management of 185,000 shipments and generating $285 million in revenue. Austin's earlier experience includes positions as a Loan Officer at Citywide Home Loans and Blue Square Mortgage LLC, as well as an International Visitor Program Intern at the World Affairs Council.
