Celia Yang is an accomplished account manager at Flexport since December 2021, having previously held roles as a global operations associate and client solutions associate within the same company. Prior to Flexport, Celia worked as a credit collections analyst at Oracle from October 2018 to December 2021, and briefly engaged in food production and customer service during a gap year with Thomas Foods International and RAC WA respectively. Celia also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Mercedes-Benz Research & Development Center in China, focusing on UX and UI design. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Korean from the University of Jinan and an academic exchange in global studies at Kookmin University.
