Dayong Hao

Dayong Hao is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Commerce at Flexport, Dayong manages five teams comprising over 40 engineers, focusing on marketplace product definition, pricing strategy, and financial processes. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Ocean, Air, and Revenue Management at Flexport, Software Engineer Manager for the Grocery Supply Chain team at Amazon, and various engineering positions at Amazon Web Services, Amazon, and Microsoft. Dayong holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Liaoning Normal University.
