Etta Morton

Etta Morton possesses extensive experience in supply chain and ocean allocation management, currently serving as Manager of Ocean Allocation & Yield Management at Flexport since October 2019, after progressing through various roles including Senior Associate and Team Lead. Etta has successfully managed teams focused on import ocean carrier communication and document validation for shipments into the EMEA region, while also implementing efficient processes for scalability and collaboration. Previous roles include Account Manager at ArcBest and Fleet Management/Customer Service Intern at TSL. Etta holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
