Eva Cai

Eva Cai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and account management, currently serving as a Program Manager for Booking & Order Management at Flexport since May 2018. With a background in managing and developing teams across various roles, Eva has built strong relationships with enterprise clients in Asia, conducting business reviews and strategic supply chain analyses. Previous roles at Flexport include Client Care Manager and Client Solutions Manager, where operational processes were optimized to meet key performance indicators. Earlier experiences include positions at ACAE as a Senior Client Solutions Associate and Global Operations Associate, along with a marketing role at the University of Sydney. Eva holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
