Joy Taylor

Joy Taylor is currently a Senior Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist at Flexport, where they manage client accounts and ensure timely processing of visa cases through proactive case tracking and data analysis. In their previous role as a Case Manager at Alliance for Immigrant Neighbors, Joy managed a portfolio of clients and organized bilingual DACA workshops to increase revenue. Joy also interned as a Summer English Teaching Intern at XinLin Elementary School and held various positions, including Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen and Customer Relationship Specialist at Envoy Global, showcasing a strong background in communications and client management. Joy holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Covenant College, with a focus on Linguistics, History, and TESOL.
