Julia Chen

Julia Chen is an accomplished professional in account management and operations with extensive experience in the logistics sector. Since August 2019, Julia has served as Senior Manager of the APAC Account Management Team at Flexport, focusing on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction while leading a team of account managers. Prior to this role, Julia excelled in various managerial positions at Flexport, including managing direct sales and leading international operations with an emphasis on Asia. Julia’s earlier tenure at APL Logistics spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included service quality management, operations management, and account supervision, consistently aiming to enhance service excellence and operational efficiency. Julia holds a Master’s degree in International MBA from Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Beijing Materials Institute.
