Le Bang Lam

Le Bang Lam serves as the Director and Head of Ocean Freight for the Asia Pacific region at Flexport, a position held since July 2019, following a progression of leadership roles within the company. Prior to Flexport, Le Bang Lam accumulated significant experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk from June 2003 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Director of Regional Head of Global Freight Forwarder Sales for Asia Pacific, and various managerial roles in ocean freight pricing and procurement. Le Bang Lam's educational background includes a Bachelor in International Business & Management from Arnhem Business School, a BA (HONS) in Business Studies from De Montfort University, and participation in professional development programs at Harvard Business School Online and IMD. Intensive Chinese studies were also pursued at Beijing Language and Culture University.
