Leigh Sinclair

Leigh Sinclair is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance and business operations across various regions, currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Finance & Business Operations for Europe at Flexport since May 2019. Sinclair has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Staff for EMEA and Senior Manager of FP&A for APAC at Flexport, as well as Finance Manager for PepsiCo overseeing financial performance for 17 countries. Additional roles include mentoring for Blackbird's Giants program and significant positions at GRANA, Sunrise Brokers LLP, Pitcher Partners, and ANZ. An alumnus of Monash University with a Bachelor's in Business, Sinclair also holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and completed a course in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
