Lynn Chang

Lynn Chang is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations and strategic communications, currently serving as the Asia Senior Communications Manager at Flexport since September 2021. Previously, Lynn held the position of Senior PR Manager at Oracle China from June 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing external communications for Oracle SaaS in China and managing communication strategies for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Prior to this, Lynn worked at Edelman as a Senior Manager, leading PR efforts for tech clients such as Oracle and RS Components, and gained foundational experience as an Account Manager at H-Line Ogilvy and Ogilvy Public Relations Taiwan, managing major accounts including Intel and various tech industry clients. Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from National Cheng Kung University.
