Pragya Chandra

Pragya Chandra is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and customer service. At Flexport, Pragya serves as a Data Analyst II in Trade Management since September 2022, following a role as a Drawback Data Operations Associate from July 2021 to November 2022. Previously, Pragya worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Northwestern University, where responsibilities included triaging technology issues and enhancing user support.
