Steve Lee is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory and trade compliance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory and Trade Compliance at Flexport since April 2019, Steve Lee previously held the position of Head of Contract Risk Management for North America at DHL, where responsibilities included enhancing customer contract approval and managing risks for a major global company. Prior roles at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics included serving as Global Chief Risk, Audit, and Compliance Officer and various positions focused on legal counsel and corporate compliance. Steve Lee's early career includes significant roles at SRI, Panalpina Americas Services, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Steve Lee holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
