Tim Ellison

Customer Experience Manager at FlexRadio Systems

Tim Ellison has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Tim began their career in 1987 as the Information Systems Manager at UT Medical Center, where they were responsible for the deployment and administration of the medical center's first networked information system. In 1990, they joined First Data Corporation as a Senior Network and Systems Integration and Design Engineer, where they were the technical lead for the network services division and developed and productized a universal workstation. In 1995, they joined Imonics Corp as Principal Network Engineer and was responsible for engineering and managing the team responsible for deploying high-bandwidth, high-availability image processing centers nationwide. In 1996, they became Co-owner and Vice President of Information Technology Solutions at Integrated Technical Services, where they were responsible for developing business relationships, engineering IT, network and wireless solutions, and managing technology teams. In 2011, they joined Flexradio Systems as Customer Experience Manager, where they were responsible for customer-facing and customer engagement business processes, IT services for cloud-based SaaS deployments, and managing sustaining engineering activities. Finally, in 2012 they joined IBS International, LLC as Senior Vice President of Information Technology Engineering, where they were responsible for new business development, presales opportunity assessment, bid analysis, solutions development, infrastructure design, IT engineering, project deployment, and post-sales support.

Tim Ellison attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1985 to 1987, where they pursued graduate studies in Analytical Chemistry. Prior to that, they attended Appalachian State University from 1979 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
