Arash Aghlara

Arash Aghlara has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Arash is currently the CEO of FlexRule, a leading decision-centric automation platform. Prior to this position, they served as the CTO and Principal Architect at FlexRule, where they were responsible for application architecture, design, and data management. Arash also founded FlexRule in 2008 and led the company's growth until 2014.

In addition to their work at FlexRule, Arash has held various technical roles in different organizations. Arash served as a Senior Software Engineer at MYOB from 2011 to 2014 and as a Solutions Developer at Leadtec Systems Australia from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a Software Architect and Framework Developer at Kowsar Software Group from 2009 to 2010.

Arash's work experience dates back to the early 2000s when they co-founded Dialsoft Inc., where they served as a Technical Founder. Arash was responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing the Webblaster Communication Platform. Prior to Dialsoft Inc., they founded and served as the CEO of Ayandegan BBS, a computer network providing services to over 1000 users.

Arash is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Arash Aghlara obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Azad University from 1995 to 1999. They also obtained a high school diploma from Andisheh, focusing on Mathematics and Physics. In terms of certifications, they achieved various Microsoft certifications, including MCAD (C#) in 2003 and TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Application Development in 2009, among others.
