Previously, Dawei held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Revenue Growth at Zebit and Senior Manager of Customer Analytics at FTD Companies, where they led teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies. Dawei’s early career included roles as a Junior Consultant at Kurt and Salmon Associates and Product Marketing Manager at China Cascade Interactive. They earned an MBA in Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
