Werner Smeets

Werner Smeets is a dedicated HR professional with over 20 years of experience in SAP HXM solutions. Since 2007, they have been with Flexso, progressing through various roles to become a Partner at Flexso for People, where they focus on humanizing digital HR. Prior to this, they held positions at LogicaCMG as an SAP Consultant and at Accenture as an SAP Manager. Werner has developed extensive project management skills and a broad understanding of HR processes and HRIS solutions through their work with national and international customers in diverse sectors.
