Heather Graham

Heather Graham has an extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Flexsys, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ohio Transmission Corporation from November 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Ohio Transmission Corporation, Heather worked at PSG®, a Dover company, as the Global HR Vice President from July 2016 to September 2019. Previous to that, they had a long tenure at Schlumberger, where they held various HR managerial roles. Notably, they were the Global HR Manager for PetroTechnical Services (PTS) from April 2013 to June 2016, overseeing a large team of employees in over 70 countries. Heather also served as the HR Manager for North America Offshore, the HR Manager for GeoSolutions, and the HR Manager for North America during their time at Schlumberger.

Heather's earlier career includes positions at Schlumberger Information Solutions, where they were the HR Manager for Omnes/Network Solutions, and at Schlumberger's Austin Technology Center, where they worked as an HR Advisor.

Throughout their career, Heather Graham has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in talent management, compensation initiatives, and employment law. Heather has successfully managed large teams and implemented strategic programs to support business objectives.

Heather Graham attended Heritage High School, although the specific dates are unknown. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Michigan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison College in Political Science. Their undergraduate studies took place between 1990 and 1994. Subsequently, Heather pursued further education at Michigan State University, completing a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources within the period from 1994 to 1995.
