Jeff Florian is an accomplished operations and maintenance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Services at Flexsys since April 2022, Florian previously held key positions such as Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Afton Chemical and Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Green Bay Packaging. Earlier roles include Maintenance Manager at Resolute Forest Products, Sr Reliability Engineer at Graphic Packaging International, and Maintenance Superintendent at Domtar. Florian began a career in maintenance engineering at Georgia-Pacific LLC after earning a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
