Jon Penney is an experienced leader in new product development and technology management, currently serving as Group Leader and Technology Manager at Flexsys since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Eastman from 2006 to November 2021, including EU & Americas Application R&D and Technical Service Group Leader for Tire Additives and Crystex Applications Leader. Jon's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
