Joshua Elliott serves as the North America HR Director and North America HR Leader at Flexsys since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joshua held various HR positions at Eastman from June 2015 to November 2021, including HR Manager for North American Tire Additives and Plant Human Resources Manager overseeing manufacturing sites in Jefferson Hills and Monongahela, Pa. Joshua also served as a remote site HR lead and head recruiter for Eastman's Canoga Park and Martinsville operations. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Intern position with the City of Bridgeport, West Virginia, and a Research Assistant role at the West Virginia Law Institute. Joshua Elliott holds a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Doctor of Law from West Virginia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
