Kelli Jarecki

Kelli Jarecki is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in shared services and cash management. Currently serving as Shared Services Leader at Flexsys since November 2022, Kelli previously held the position of Head of Operations, Finance Shared Services at Meggitt from December 2016 to 2022, where effective remote management of three departments was achieved with a team of 25 members. Prior experience at Materion Corporation from 2000 to 2016 included roles as Director of Cash Management, overseeing various banking and cash management functions across subsidiaries, and as Manager of Cash Transactions, supervising multiple financial staff. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance from Baldwin Wallace University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
