Michael Modak

Michael Modak is an experienced Operating Partner at One Rock Capital Partners since October 2018, specializing in control-stake equity investments in middle market companies. In addition to this role, Michael serves on the boards of various organizations, including Prefere Resins, Flexsys, Kensing, Innophos, Jadex Inc., Nexeo Plastics, FXI, and Microporous, LLC, contributing expert guidance in production and distribution across multiple industries. Michael's previous advisory role at Choice Brands Adhesives concluded with the company's sale to Innovative Chemical Products Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in General Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
