Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller, CSP, CHMM, ASP, serves as the HSES Manager at Flexsys since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr. Manager of Safety for the Midwest Region at Cigna from June 2013 to May 2023, where responsibility encompassed managing environmental, health, and safety for over 8,500 employees across multiple states and facilities. Previously, Ryan held the position of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Manager at ConAgra Foods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing safety programs. At Lonza, Ryan worked as a Safety & Environmental Engineer, contributing to innovative safety management processes. Early career experience includes serving as a Staff Environmental Scientist at MACTEC, providing environmental consulting and completing various EPA reports. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an A.A.S. in Environmental Science from Illinois Central College.
