Sam Michelich is an accomplished Advanced Process Improvement Engineer at Flexsys since November 2021, leading cost savings and sustainability initiatives for a global manufacturing footprint and serving as the technology platform leader for a $10M+ product area. Prior to this, Sam Michelich worked at Eastman Chemical Company as a Process Improvement Engineer from June 2019 to November 2021, executing process improvements and cost savings projects at multiple international sites. Earlier, in 2018, Sam Michelich gained experience as a Laboratory Technician, developing Design of Experiment testing that optimized product properties in adhesive formulations. Sam Michelich holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and has further education from Stellenbosch University.
